No Return Policy

Since our services are related to financial chit subscriptions and not tangible products, there is no return policy applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Once a customer/subscriber enrolls in any chit scheme and completes the registration/payment process:

• The subscription cannot be cancelled arbitrarily.
• Any request for discontinuation will be governed strictly as per the terms and conditions of the specific chit agreement signed by the subscriber.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only according to the rules and regulations mentioned in the chit agreement and in compliance with applicable laws.

Refund Policy

• Payments made towards chit subscriptions, registration fees, or installments are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds, if permitted under special circumstances, will be processed only after verification and approval by the company management.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
